What is High Five?

High Five helps companies hire international remote teams by providing Employer of Record (EOR), payroll management, contractor engagement and Agency of Record services.

An Employer of Record (EOR) is a service that we provide that acts as the legal employer for individuals working for a client company. The EOR manages the administrative and compliance tasks associated with employment, such as payroll, taxes, benefits, and HR responsibilities, allowing the client company to focus on their core business operations. EOR services are often used for hiring remote workers, managing contractors or temporary staff, or expanding a business into new geographic markets.

Engaging with an Employer of Record (EOR) company can provide significant benefits for organizations, including compliance and risk mitigation by taking on legal employment responsibilities, streamlined HR and payroll administration, access to global talent without establishing local entities, and potential cost savings from the EOR’s economies of scale – allowing your business to focus on core operations rather than complex employment management tasks.

Hiring compliantly is benefits both companies and it’s employees. It ensures legal adherence, fairness in the hiring process, compensation, benefits, proper worker protections, a positive organizational reputation, operational efficiency, and long-term stability. Compliant hiring practices minimize legal liability, uphold ethical standards, protect employee rights, and contribute to the overall health and success of the business.

It’s quite simple actually. By every 15th of the month, you’ll send us your employee salary adjustments. We’ll raise an invoice for salary payments on the 16th, which is due by the 23rd of the month. We’ll then disburse employee salaries on the last working day of the month.

No, we do not impose a minimum limit on hiring employees or contractors from any country. Our objective is to help you scale up without any minimum fee or requirements.

We can provide our services anywhere in the world. We can compliantly hire out of Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

We don’t charge contractors or employees any fees. We charge our company customers a management fee based on active employee contracts per month. Please see the pricing section for more information.
